Londiny uses digital authentication to determine the authenticity of items. Using a combination of human moderation and machine learning methods, we ensure everything you buy is authentic. We assess all listings before they hit the feed.

Human moderators are the driving force behind our digital authentication strategy. We review all listings before they hit the feed. Digital authentication provides assurance that the item you’re buying is authentic.

Our moderators examine:

An item’s design characteristics, craftsmanship and detailing, wash tags, logo size, shape, embroidery and other authenticity indicators.

Accuracy of item name and description. All sellers are strongly encouraged to provide a full range of detailed photographs, items are required to have photos with authenticity indicators in order to be published. All items require digital authentication before going live.

Buyers can receive items previously delivered by sellers to our warehouse. All these items are reviewed for authenticity in our office.
