No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. When placing your first order on our website, by entering your email address, you automatically create an Account, receiving the generated password data to sign in to your personal account to your email address. You can use this data to make further purchases.
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.
Your order will be carefully prepared in a protective LONDINY package. If the designer has provided any branded boxes, dust bags or cases, these will also be included.
Once your order is confirmed, seller will send it within 5 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 1-3 weeks. If you ordered from multiple LONDINY sellers, your items will arrive separately. We’ll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.
To reduce waste, invoices have been removed from FARFETCH orders. Sign in to your account on our website to download your digital invoice.
Yes, our used items come in the following conditions:
New/Unworn with tags: previously owned but never been used and in original condition. This item comes with its original tags.
New/Unworn: previously owned but never been used and in original condition. This item comes without its original tags.
Gently Used/Excellent: previously owned and worn, but like new or with almost no signs of use. This item is still in almost perfect condition with no defects.
Used/Good: previously owned and worn with some signs of use. This item may have some fading (of material or plating), patina or scratches.
Very worn: previously owned and worn with some signs of use. This item may have some fading (of material or plating), patina or scratches.
LONDINY uses digital authentication to determine the authenticity of items. Using a combination of human moderation and machine learning methods, we ensure everything you buy is authentic. We assess all listings before they hit the feed.
If you ever have questions about the authenticity of anything you buy from LONDINY, please contact us at email@example.com. We will always take items back to be re-authenticated and will refund the purchase price according to Money Back Guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the results.
Returned items must comply with our Returns Policy. Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the reusable LONDINY packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
Here’s what you need to do:

- Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s)
- Select each item and your reason for returning
Prepare your return
- Place the item inside the LONDINY packaging – don’t forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases.
- Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return.
- Need to reschedule your return collection? You can do this by heading to Orders & Returns in your account.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our seller, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
You can become a LONDINY seller if you have luxury brand items. List new and used items on our unique marketplace. It’s completely free. Make it very easy. After passing through moderation using digital and visual authentication methods, your items are added to our marketplace. If your item is found to be fake, your account will be blocked, and you no longer be able to trade of our marketplace.
Login to sell an item. If you don’t have an account, create one. Click button «SELL ITEM» located in the top right header of the website or login seller account and press button “SELL”.
Upload at least 4 photos. The first photo should have a transparent background. Do this with an image editor like Photoshop. Good photos help you sell. Follow these optional suggestions to improve your pics: Use a good camera or phone. Use good lighting. Look for areas with natural light. Find a space in indirect sunlight, next to or near a window. Try not to shoot in a dark room or after sundown when the room is artificially lit. Use a simple background. Show multiple angles. Add photos of the front, sides, top, and bottom views. Show detail. Add photos of the label, material quality, and show any defects with the product.
Fill in information about the item you’re selling. Add a Designer. Add the Size (or Sizes if applicable). Add a descriptive Item Name. Add a Description. Include the retail price, color, condition, highlights, model measurements, fitting information, estimated delivery, and any links related to the item.
Once you have finished adding all of the required elements needed to post, your item will be entered into our queue for review and listed in the appropriate section of LONDINY as well as on your individual seller page once this process is finalized. We will notify you via both LONDINY messages and email when people ask questions, submit offers, and when an item sells.
Londiny Commission Fee
You can withdraw funds only after the items have been delivered to the buyer. You get payment for the items sold deducting Londiny fee and payment systems fee.
Once you check you have the amount you would like to withdraw in your available balance, you can place a withdrawal request, by following these steps:
- Click ‘Withdraw Funds‘ in the left-hand menu.
- On the ‘How much money you would like to withdraw?’, enter the amount to withdraw.
- Click ‘Continue’.
- Select the currency.
- Check the default payment method is accurate. If not, click ‘Other Payment Options’.
- Enter your payment details.
- Click ‘Submit’.
